The body of the device is made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel stony sheet.

Baskets are made of wire suitable for frying and covered with tin suitable for health conditions, and the handle is protected against heating.

There is an oil drain valve with a safety system under the front panel.

There is a temperature control with 100-180°C thermostat and an additional safety thermostat.

All electrical command and control equipment complies with international standards.
