The body of the device is made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel stony sheet.

The baskets are made of wire suitable for frying and covered with tin suitable for health conditions, and the handle is protected against heating.

There is a digital control panel to set the cooking programs.

There is an oil drain valve with a safety system under the front panel.

There is a temperature control with 100-180°C thermostat and an additional safety thermostat.

All electrical command and control equipment complies with international standards.
