The body of the device is made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel stony sheet, and the other internal parts are made of aluminized sheet.

The cover is made of double-walled stainless steel sheet, which has been specially formed for strength.

With the bain-marie system, it cooks indirectly with the oil circulating around the boiler.

It has the opportunity to set the temperature between 60-1800C with a multi-stage thermostat.

The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200°C

Water filling (cold/hot) and discharge valves are mounted on the device.

There is a specially shaped safety discharge valve against unintentional opening for the discharge of the cooked material.

Safety system that automatically cuts off the energy in case of any malfunction (limit thermostat)

All electrical command and control equipment complies with international standards.
